I've wanted to go to Belgium for a while now, so it was good to read about all the exciting nose-baggin. I'm glad some of the food and beer lived up to expectations - I can live without the chocolate being that great. I think moule frites is one of my favourite dishes, especially with good beer. One of my friends' parents lives in Luxemberg so he used to bring me over 'exotic' beers from his trip home, passing through Belgium. I'd love to go over sometime to experience it first hand.
